 2021 Annual General Meeting

When: Saturday, November 13, 2021

Where: Zoom/Ferndale Public Library   2125 Main Street, Ferndale, WA 98248

Time: 1 pm to 5 pm.

Library Rules: 

Mask REQUIRED. 

Limit 25 people. (We will close the door when we meet the number). Members are welcome to stay at the library using their phone, iPad, or laptop to enter the Zoom meeting. We are providing Zoom access to this meeting for several reasons. Vice President, Sheila, is currently out of state, but is still an active board member until the end of her term. Some people do not feel comfortable socializing with Covid-19. Some are vaccinated or not vaccinated, but choose to stay home.  Some have medical sensitivity and choose to stay home. For those who are staying home, are welcome to join Zoom to voice their opinion and vote for new executive board members. 

What happens when we don’t meet quorum?  

We will switch our meeting from AGM to Board meeting. 

The agenda for that meeting will cover:

Cancellation of GALA

Suspend use of Zoom (if NWWCD is being put to sleep)

NWWCD put to sleep (goal one year)

Choose two people to oversee the NWWCD account while sleep
