Why: Election: New officers election and By-Law review
What: Event planning for 2024
Food: Pizza will be provided!
Meeting time: 11am-4pm with lunch break

IMPORTANT
We need your support and come to the meeting. If you would like to make votes, you need to be a PAID member with voting rights.
The majority of us on current Board are NOT seeking re-election. We need your support to ensure positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are filled. Failure to get those filled will have some consequence to the organization.
Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing who are fluent in ASL are encouraged to attend and vote.
We will have pizza and beverage with approx. 30 mins break along with other 10-15 breaks during the meeting as deem necessary.
